Hurr expands Deliveroo partnership to more UK cities
Fashion rental platform Hurr is bringing its on-demand delivery service with Deliveroo to more UK cities and towns. The expansion builds on a partnership first established last year, when Hurr embarked on a London-focused trial of the feature that proved a “success”, according to a press release.
As such, Hurr’s ‘Dress to Door’ offering will now be available in Manchester, Birmingham, Greater London, Kent, Northampton and Staffordshire, alongside additional locations in Central London.
In a further development, the partnership will expand to allow Deliveroo users to rent directly from local wardrobes run by women across the UK, creating an expanded network of small fashion businesses, the company said. Through its app, users will be able to browse a curated selection of pre-loved fashion via Hurr’s community of Lenders.
Speaking on the news, Hurr CEO, Lauren Roberts, said: “Our community is at the heart of everything we do at Hurr, and this next chapter of our partnership with Deliveroo is all about them – the thousands of incredible women who rent out their wardrobes and champion circular fashion every day. We’re proud to bring ‘Dress to Door’ to more areas of the UK, empowering our Lenders with new customers, new reach and new earning potential, through a platform as well-loved as Deliveroo.”
