LuisaViaRoma acquires CEO’s Holding IT

LuisaViaRoma has reportedly acquired Holding IT, the firm operated by the Italian luxury retailer’s chief executive officer Tommaso Maria Andorlini and the parent company of e-commerce operator FFW Srl and sportswear distributor Playground Srl.
