The Children's Place initiates several measures to maintain financial stability

The Children’s Place has suspended all store operations in the United States and Canada beginning March 18, 2020. The company said in a statement that store sales were planned to represent approximately 65 percent of Q1 fiscal 2020 revenue with a significant portion of sales planned for the months of March and April, while its digital sales continue to accelerate with quarter-to-date demand up double digits versus last year. The Children’s Place added that it is taking several actions to provide additional financial flexibility.
