Miu Miu opens Vinyl Club pop-ups across Asia and Paris

Miu Miu has launched Vinyl Club, a run of temporary retail spaces built around record collecting, opening in six Asian cities and Paris through September and October.
Each site is staged as a record library rather than a conventional shop floor. Walls carry album sleeves set out in a square grid, following the way vintage collections are typically stored. A listening station sits at the center of every location, fitted with a turntable, records in sleeves designed for the project, and headphones and a speaker produced with Marshall.
The format is intended as a meeting point where customers can play music of their choosing while browsing. Stock is drawn from the Prada-owned label's fall/winter collection, which mixes proportions, layering and print in combinations the brand describes as reflecting both its own aesthetic and the dress codes of modern musicians — casual clothing put together deliberately, with masculine and feminine and formal and informal registers placed side by side.
Two products are singled out. The Retour bag, made in nappa leather and suede, has a compact, boxy shape with rounded edges. The ballet flats developed with New Balance are built for softness and designed to work indoors and out.
