Golden Goose has named Giorgio Belloli chief consumer officer. He will lead the brand’s global market development strategy, aimed at strengthening its international presence and maximizing business impact across all channels, the company announced on Monday.

“Joining Golden Goose is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the brand’s next phase of global growth as a cultural brand. Golden Goose is evolving into a platform where product shifts into experiences, and stores become collaborative spaces for self-expression. We are now ready to bring this vision to scale,” Belloli said in a statement.

Belloli joins Golden Goose after almost three years as Burberry’s chief digital customer and innovation officer. Prior to that, he also spent nine years at Farfetch, overseeing key acquisitions and managing the global business, and held senior positions at Kering and managerial roles at the Prada Group across Miu Miu, Helmut Lang and Prada.

As Golden Goose’s CCO, he will also be responsible for CRM, digital channels and omnichannel strategies.

Silvio Campara, CEO of Golden Goose, said Belloli is “the right person to support me in leading the shift from a global product brand into a cultural brand, with a strong emphasis on people and communities.”

“With his experience, he will evolve our omnichannel strategy towards omnipresence. In his new role as chief consumer officer, Giorgio will scale co-creation and make our stores even more experiential for consumers,” Campara said.
