Henry Nasella to succeed Manny Chirico as PVH board chairman

PVH Corp has announced that Manny Chirico, chairman of the board of directors, will retire effective December 31, 2021. Henry Nasella, who currently serves as presiding director, will become the independent, non-executive chairman at that time.
