Gérard Darel opens a boutique on Regent Street, London

Gérard Darel is accelerating its international expansion with the opening of a third store at 221 Regent Street, in London.

The 180 square metre store is spread over two floors. It sells the full range of ready-to-wear and accessories collections, as well as iconic pieces such as the 24H bag, Anna jeans and the trench coat.

Gérard Darel's international expansion has resulted in a series of recent openings. Following openings on Madison Avenue in New York, in Dubai and China, the brand is now strengthening its presence in the UK with this third London location. This opening complements two existing addresses in the British capital on Marylebone High Street and King's Road.

“Regent Street, with its unique blend of heritage and cosmopolitan energy, is the ideal setting to express the Parisian, natural and elegant spirit of Gerard Darel,” commented David Maruani, president of Gérard Darel, in the press release. “Our new corner boutique offers the house an exceptional showcase to the world and marks an important stage in our development in the UK.”

Concept is inspired by a Parisian's London flat

The interior design combines terrazzo, travertine, wrought iron, oak and elm and includes works of art, antique furniture and handcrafted objects.

According to the executive, this concept strengthens the brand's ties with a British and international clientele “sensitive to craftsmanship, timeless style and contemporary femininity”. Gérard Darel opens a boutique on Regent Street, London

A French house controlled by its founding family, Gérard Darel reports a turnover of 160 million euros and claims steady growth of 10 percent per year. It has 250 of its own boutiques and dedicated spaces in department stores, in addition to 230 distribution and franchise partners.

For the autumn/winter 2026 campaign, American model and actress Dree Hemingway, great-granddaughter of writer Ernest Hemingway and daughter of actress Mariel Hemingway, is the face of Gérard Darel for the second consecutive season.
