Mango expands loyalty programme into six European markets
Spanish retail giant Mango is expanding its refreshed loyalty programme, Mango Style Club, into six European markets including the UK amid efforts to build closer relations with consumers during ongoing international growth.
The programme is now available to UK customers through Mango.com and the retailer's app, alongside launches in Ireland, Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The rollout follows the initial launch in Spain and France in 2025.
Mango Style Club introduces three loyalty tiers — Style Insider, Style Curator and Style Icon — with customers able to move up the ranks through purchases and other interactions with the retailer, including subscribing to its newsletter, visiting stores to recycle garments, returning online orders or collecting purchases.
The programme combines rewards with exclusive services, content and experiences, while customer activity and engagement with products and content will be used to personalise offers, rewards and communications.
The launch replaces Mango Likes You, which was introduced in 2019 and grew to more than 42 million customers across 16 countries. Existing members of the programme will transition automatically, with accumulated “likes” converted into points under the new setup.
The expansion comes as Mango continues to grow in the UK, where turnover increased by close to 20 percent in 2025 and the retailer opened more than 25 stores. It ended the year with more than 100 points of sale in the region.
Overall, Mango closed 2025 with turnover of close to 3.8 billion euros, up around 13 percent year-on-year, with online sales accounting for around one-third of total turnover.
