New Look reopens refurbished store at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol

UK retail brand New Look has reopened its refurbished store at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol, introducing an upgraded shopping environment, dedicated product spaces and customer launch events.

The revamped store spans over 9,000 square feet and showcases the brand's latest womenswear, footwear and accessories collections. The updated layout is designed to facilitate customer browsing and product discovery.

New Look chief retail and digital officer Mark Matthews stated: “We are delighted to reopen our Cribbs Causeway store and welcome customers back to a refreshed space that showcases the best of New Look.”

Dedicated 915 space

As part of the refit, the location features a dedicated 915 space with its own branded entrance from the shopping centre. The area provides younger shoppers with a tailored space to explore trends while remaining connected to the main retail floor.

The site also includes an integrated returns kiosk, forming part of a wider rollout across the company's store portfolio to accelerate online returns and exchanges.

Matthews added: “As we continue to invest in our stores, we are focused on creating shopping environments that reflect how our customers want to shop. At Cribbs Causeway, that includes introducing our first 915 space with its own entrance, giving younger shoppers a dedicated place to explore fashion and develop their own sense of style.”

Omnichannel strategy and retail estate updates

The Cribbs Causeway project forms part of New Look's ongoing investment in its brick and mortar network and broader omnichannel approach. It follows recent store upgrades and openings in Lakeside, Milton Keynes and Stoke-on-Trent, alongside the launch of its largest concept store at Metrocentre.

Parallel to physical developments, the retailer's loyalty scheme, Club New Look, has passed one million members. The business is also advancing its digital capabilities through a 30 million dollar investment program aimed at creating a connected customer experience across physical and digital channels.
