Pandora opens regional headquarters in Singapore

Danish jewellery brand Pandora, officially opened its new regional headquarters in Singapore on October 2, 2026, marking a key milestone in its strategy to accelerate growth across Asia.

The Singapore headquarters will oversee the brand’s Asia Cluster, covering a mix of owned-and-operated stores as well as distributor markets across the region. Supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), the move reflects the company’s long-term commitment to Asia as a strategic growth region, with momentum building in both established markets and emerging territories.

“Asia represents an exciting opportunity for Pandora, and we are still only at the beginning of our journey in many parts of the region,” said Berta de Pablos-Barbier, chief executive officer of Pandora. “To realise that opportunity, we need to be closer to our markets, our partners and, most importantly, our consumers. Our new headquarters in Singapore gives our teams the platform to listen, learn and respond to the incredible diversity of this region, while building the capabilities we need for the long term.”

Singapore at heart of Pandora’s Asia ambitions

Located in Marina Bay, the new regional hub brings decision-making closer to local markets and consumers, housing around 50 employees across functions including branding, marketing, market development and operations.

Asia is an increasingly important region for the company. Pandora currently employs more than 800 people across its offices and retail operations in Asia, alongside more than 12,000 artisans at its crafting facilities, and operates more than 200 owned-and-operated stores across the continent.

The opening in Singapore comes one day after the Danish brand celebrated the opening of its newest crafting facility in Vietnam. Together, the two milestones represent significant investments in the company’s future across Asia, expanding global crafting capacity while strengthening regional operational capabilities.

Pandora selected Singapore for its strategic connectivity, strong business environment and access to a deep and diverse talent pool. The official opening was attended by de Pablos-Barbier alongside Byron Clayton, chief people and planet officer at Pandora, as well as members of the company’s regional and global leadership.
