New York Men’s Day (NYMD) is accepting applications from emerging menswear and genderless designers for its 27th season, which will open New York Fashion Week in February 2027.

Designers can apply through an online form at newyorkmensday.com until Friday, November 6, 2026.

The event is a platform dedicated exclusively to emerging men’s and genderless talent. It features eight to 12 designers, each presenting in an individual studio designed around their label’s identity and inspiration. Presentations run simultaneously across two two-hour sessions, with four to six designers in the morning and four to six in the late afternoon. Media, buyers, influencers and VIPs can move between studios and spend time with the designers.

NYMD covers 85 percent of presentation costs for each selected designer. Participants also receive media coverage, the chance to show their work to potential buyers and opportunities to network with industry professionals, according to the organisers.

The biannual initiative was founded in 2014 by Agentry PR, a New York-based marketing communications agency that Erin Hawker founded in 2010. The agency specialises in the fashion, lifestyle and entertainment sectors.
