Express reissues '90s and Y2K styles from its own and Structure's archives

Express has launched Express Archives, a capsule drawn from the design vaults of Express and Structure, its former menswear brand. The collection reissues styles first introduced in the 1990s and early 2000s, keeping the original silhouettes, colours and details.

"Express Archives gave us the opportunity to revisit a defining chapter in our design history—including Structure, our former menswear brand," said Chris Scalzo, group vice president of men's merchandising and design at Express. "Structure has an enduring place in the memories of longtime customers, and we were struck by how relevant the original Express and Structure pieces still feel. We stayed true to the fits, colors and details that made them distinctive, so the collection feels authentic to the era and completely right for now."

Highlights include The '95 Color Block Sweatshirt in lightweight fleece with an archival chest graphic, The '98 Utility Cargo Pant in cotton twill with mid-'90s pocketing, and The '01 Rugby Stripe Polo, an exact reissue in heavyweight cotton jersey. The capsule also carries The '98 Corduroy Pullover, The '94 Lightweight Twill Coat, The '96 Canvas Field Jacket, The '96 Bootcut Jean and The '98 Heavy-Stitch Jean.

Rooted in menswear, the relaxed proportions are positioned for both men's and women's wardrobes. Express is working with creators Jon Alan, Grant Solis and Nicolas Herbert, plus athlete Kamari Lassiter for a game-day tunnel arrival.

Priced from 64 to 188 dollars, the collection is available from 14 September at express.com and in select Express stores.
