What will the fashion school of the future look like?

So much has changed in the world in the last twenty years. The iPhone was released just twelve years ago. Now, not only 77 percent of Americans own a smartphone, according to Pew Research Center, but 53 percent of them say they would be “lost” without constant mobile Internet access, as per a recent Euromonitor report. The phenomenon isn’t restricted to developed nations: smartphone penetration in Sub-Saharan Africa was estimated in 33 percent in 2018, up from 15 percent in 2014, according to GSMA's Mobile Economy report for Africa. In just over a decade we’ve seen people turn to social media as their main source of information; the rise of freelance work and co-working spaces; social movements calling for sustainability and inclusivity… The list of changes goes on and on.
