In its latest CEO shuffle, LVMH has promoted key executives to strengthen leadership at its largest brands. Damien Bertrand, CEO of Loro Piana, will become deputy CEO of Louis Vuitton, while Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou, a former L'Oréal executive, will take the same role at Christian Dior Couture. Frédéric Arnault, currently CEO of LVMH Watches, will succeed Bertrand at Loro Piana, marking another internal promotion within the luxury group. Frédéric is the 29 year-old son of LVMH chairman and chief executive officer Bernard Arnault.

These appointments highlight LVMH's preference for nurturing talent from within and its focus on elevating younger executives. Bertrand’s move reunites him with Pietro Beccari at Vuitton, while Angeloglou’s transition to Dior brings him under Delphine Arnault’s leadership, said WWD. Both executives bring extensive experience, particularly in strategic growth and brand development.

“Our maisons’ desirability is fuelled by dedicated and passionate leaders. Damien, Frédéric and Pierre-Emmanuel’s vision, entrepreneurial spirit, creativity and commitment to excellence will be assets to pursue the dynamic development of our maisons,” Bernard Arnault said in a statement. “These three nominations also reflect our group’s ability to craft careers."

The reshuffle also signals ongoing growth at Loro Piana, the Italian fashion house famed for its cashmere, where Bertrand has successfully elevated the brand's status.
