Italian brand Stone Island, part of the Moncler group, returned as official partner of Frieze Focus, the section of Frieze London dedicated to emerging artists and young galleries. This year's fair, held in London from October 14 to 18, marked the brand's 12th partnership with a Frieze fair.

As part of the partnership, Stone Island provides each participating gallery in Frieze Focus with a bursary to support its participation in the fair. According to the brand, its support for the section has reached 136 galleries across 246 presentations since 2023.

This year's Focus section included seven galleries taking part for the first time, among them 243 Luz, Chemould CoLab and Ehrlich Steinberg, alongside a group of returning galleries.

Ninth artist T-shirt

Stone Island also presented the latest edition of its Frieze uniform T-shirt series, the ninth in the Focus artist series. This year's design features an artwork by Arébénor Basséne, presented by the gallery Selebe Yoon, and is sold at Selfridges.

The partnership coincided with 'Selected Works '982–'026', Stone Island's project at The Corner Shop at Selfridges.

To mark the renewed partnership, the brand hosted a community dinner at 40 Duke at Selfridges on October 14, co-hosted by Stone Island president and CEO Robert Triefus and Frieze London director Eva Langret.
